New Deposit Delivery Instructions

Provide Coop Agents (or Depositing Agent if double-end) with the all-in-one deposit delivery instructions at the link below: and let them know to complete and submit this form to receive the deposit instructions.

The Deposit Delivery Options document linked above will include instructions for all deposit methods:

  • Depositing a bank draft/cheque via FTNI
  • Etransfer
  • Wire Transfer

Once the Coop Agent has made the deposit they will need to provide the receipt to either the eXp agent and/or the deposit team at [email protected] to process once the funds have been received.

ETran Mobile by FTNI

ETran Mobile by FTNI Training

  • Attend the Online Training (instructions below)
  • Complete the Quiz (An 80% passing grade is required to obtain login credentials)
  • Access the Online Training here 
  • To login, click “Login with eXp Passport” - Do NOT use the main login button
  • After clicking “Login with eXp Passport”, enter your eXp Realty email address as the Username, then click Next
  • Enter your Password, then click Verify
  • If you have forgotten your password, click Forgot Password? and follow the instructions OR email [email protected].

ETran Mobile by FTNI App

Log in to the ETran Mobile by FTNI app 

  • Your login credentials (including the Site Abbreviation and Default Password) are in the "Course Completion" email near the bottom so read it all.  
  • The username is the first part of your Exp emails EXCLUDING "@exprealty.com" (example: [email protected], the username is john.smith).
  • Click on the "Remember Me" option so it saves your credentials except your password.
  • If you see a prompt that your password has expired, (do not try to get a new password) but follow the password reset screen and enter the Default Password you were provided in your "Course Completion" email for the current password and the password of your choosing on the second and third fields.
    • Some WiFi networks are not secure and will not allow password changes. Use your phone carrier's signal to avoid this issue.
  • Don’t use commas when entering a deposit amount.
  • Trade number field is optional. It can be empty or include any reference number you choose.
  • You need to scan the actual cheque or draft, not a photocopy.
  • If the screen looks "jumbled", it is a loading issue. Simply log out and back in.

If eXp Realty doesn’t hold the deposit, payout can take longer as we are waiting for the other brokerage/lawyer to mail the cheque to us. To speed up the process, you can call the Buyer lawyer office/other brokerage and inform them you will be picking up the cheque. Pick up the cheque and deposit using FTNI and you will be paid a lot faster!

If a cheque is received from someone other than your clients (ie: parents of the client), you will need to FINTRAC the person that provided the cheque and also ask if they are a 3rd party to the deal. Add them as a 3rd party on FINTRAC if they are.

All received cheques must be deposited within 24 hours of acceptance. Please use the ETran Mobile by FTNI app as your primary option.
