Weekly classes for the New Agent Bootcamp: You must complete either live classes in the CDN Auditorium or virtually through the MindFlash, on-demand learning system. Each class is approximately 2 hours in length. If you are truly serious about fast tracking your way to a seriously strong and lucrative real estate business – this is the course that you will want to take.

New Agent Bootcamp is an educational program that combines live classes, on-demand training, and video content. This program will cover a variety of topics relating to your real estate career, including province-specific content.
NABC students will receive support from their provincial broker team and our Agent Programs Staff team as they navigate the New Agent Bootcamp. Students who would like additional support do have the opportunity to be paired with an NABC coach who will meet with them regularly and guide them through their NABC journey.

Generally, if an Agent has not completed three (3) purchase or sale transactions (or any combination thereof) within the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the Agents Onboard Date, the Agent will be required to participate in the New Agent Bootcamp upon affiliating their license with eXp.
There are no additional fees or splits associated with New Agent Bootcamp.
