If you’ve post-dated your transfer, or you’re waiting for your real estate license to be issued, we recommend tackling this list now.

  1. Log in to eXp World!

    •  Download eXp World.  (aka The World) 

      • If you need a Guest Pass for eXp World, reach out to the eXpert Care Desk.  Contact details are below.
    • Create your Avatar and put on some funky clothes!
  2. eXp Realty & Marketing 
    • Review the eXp Realty Brand Guidelines.
    • Access approved eXp Realty Logos. (Ensure you are using the approved logos for your province.)
    • Make a list of your social media accounts and websites that will need a logo change.
    • Note: Your marketing materials will need to be approved.  Email your draft for approval to [email protected] PRIOR to placing an order as re-prints can be expensive!
  3. Get Your Assistant a Guest Pass to The World (They’ll Love It!)
    • Your assistant can attend training and meetings if they have access to the World.  Just send the following deets to [email protected] and we’ll get a Guest Pass sent to your Assistant lickety-split.

  4. Say Hi to Your New Peeps!
    • Your Provincial Brokerage Team hosts a regular meeting in eXp World. You really need to go so you’ll have a clue about what’s happening in your province.   
      • Check the Training Calendar for your next provincial meeting.
        • PRO TIPS:  Training times listed on the main eXp Cloud calendar are in the Pacific time zone so ensure you account for that when scheduling your training. All Canadian training sessions are posted in RED font. 
  5. Get a Head Start: Training
    • Take some time to schedule the following live training sessions in your calendar prior to joining! The sooner the better!
    • CDN Basic SkySlope – Join us for a power-packed hour where you’ll learn how to use SkySlope, your paperless transaction management platform where you’ll be able to organize your files and submit required listing and transaction documents to eXp Realty for review and approval.
    • FINTRAC – FINTRAC training is mandatory for all agents as per Federal requirements. Our training runs live in eXp world on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month in the Canadian Auditorium.
    • CDN Orientation – Join the Agent Experience Team for our CDN Orientation, an hour filled with pertinent information to get you off on the right foot when joining eXp Realty Canada!
    • CDN Basic kvCore Training – In this session, you’ll learn how to set up the basics of kvCORE, your real estate website, lead generation, marketing, and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) platform.
