The Mentor Program provides newly licensed agents a learning platform where they will gain the fundamental knowledge required to start and build a successful real estate career. Each Mentee is paired with a Certified eXp Realty Mentor who is a member of the same MLS Board.

The eXp Mentor Program pairs mentees with experienced, Certified Mentors to help them build a successful real estate career. Certified Mentors are approved by their Provincial Broker Team and provide mentees with practical, hands-on guidance.

Any agent who feels that they’ll benefit from the transactional guidance of a local Certified Mentor can take control of their learning journey by opting into the Mentor Program at any time.
