  • After capping, earn 100% commission for the remainder of the anniversary year.
  • $285 capped transaction fee applies. Once $5,700 company dollar reached, a $75 transaction fee will apply.

• Personal Transactions

• • Contractor must be in good standing with eXp.
  • Title must include Contractor, or spouse,or contractor’s business entity.
  • $285 transaction fee
  • Also subject to broker review fee
  • Excluded from Revenue Share calculations
  • 3 personal transactions per year.
