1. Search by property address
Use the Search tool in the upper-right corner.
2. Select the transaction
The system will take you to the Checklist tab, where both regulatory documents are listed as well as the documents needed for eXpress Pay.
Please note ALL regulatory documentation must be uploaded to Skyslope (eZmax for QC Brokers) no later than 5 p.m. on the day prior to closing.
Exemptions to eXpress Pay: New Build Construction, Leases, Rentals and Referrals.
Letter of registration containing the amount of A/R required to close the file.
Confirmation of closing and amount of A/R from both OB & Lawyer
(2 cheques).

Confirmation of closing indicating amount of A/R (Commission to be received after closing)

Listing – Closing letter containing the amount of A/R (if applicable) from the Seller’s lawyer.

Confirmation of closing & amount of A/R from either lawyer or OB.

SIGNED TRS from all Agents must be completed no later than the day prior to closing.
