All joining agents sign an Independent Contractor Agreement & our Policies & Procedures.   Check your province below to see what additional documents are required when associating with eXp Realty.

• Alberta

• • Provincial Transfer/Licensing Documents

• • • Alberta Real Estate Council: An eXp Broker will coordinate with you, allowing for the transfer of your license to be done online. 
    • Your MLS Board document(s), allowing for your transfer or your new membership application.

• British Columbia

• • Provincial Transfer/Licensing Documents

• • • British Columbia Financial Services Authority (BCFSA) facilitates transfers online through your licensee portal. Click here for a video with more details.

    • Your MLS Board document(s), allowing for your transfer or your new membership application.

• Manitoba

• New Brunswick

• Newfoundland and Labrador

• • • The government of Newfoundland & Labrador: An eXp Broker will coordinate your documents with you, allowing for your transfer or your new license application.

• Nova Scotia

• • • Nova Scotia Real Estate Association (NSREA): documents will be coordinated with an eXp Broker, allowing for your transfer or your new license application.

• Ontario

• • • Transfers with RECO are done online, as long as you are not in the Renewal Process.
    • New RECO Applications are now submitted online by new agents. We will provide the link and instructions.
    • We will provide your MLS Board document(s), allowing for your transfer or your new membership application and submit that on your behalf.
    • For transferring agents, we will require a copy of your resignation letter provided to your existing Brokerage on the day of your transfer. 
    • TRANSFERING AGENTS – DO NOT RESIGN YOUR CURRENT BROKERAGE IN ADVANCE OF YOUR SCHEDULED TRANSFER. 
• Prince Edward Island

• Québec

• Saskatchewan
